NATURAL GAS KETTLE COOKERS -
Both
Model 114TSNG (Natural Gas) and Model 115TSNG (Natural Gas) are designed
for a permanent location that is serviced by natural gas. These
are the same basic cookers as the Model 114TSLP (propane) and Model
115TSLP-(propane) except for the internal hard pipe plumbing, gas safety
valve and customized burner systemthe burner system is natural gas.
These natural gas models look, function, and produce just like
the propane cookers, however it is important to note that the cookers
cannot be easily converted from natural gas to propane, or vice versa.
They additionally have no cabinet mounted adjustable pressure
regulators or command center and the whistle is an optional add-on that
requires a separate source of compressed air. The natural gas models
require a 1 natural gas supply line with a minimum 14 water column
inches (½ lb.) of pressure, and an exterior inline adjustable
regulator between the cooker and natural gas supply line.
Both
Model 114TSNG (Natural Gas) and Model 115TSNG (Natural Gas) are ETL
Sanitation Listed; certified NSF compliant, and come with all the standard
equipment and accessories required for the operation of the cooker,
as listed in the respective Packages for the propane counterparts.
